I like the fact that the rope has a loop (for hanging) that can be adjusted so they can be raised or lowered to keep the kids from playing with them. As I was putting them up a mom and her 2 little girls were walking by. Both of the girls stopped and watched the frog twirling in the wind for a long time.
Pros- they are very cute and get a lot of attention
Cons- it took forever for the shipping and I received one that has the paint chipping....so I rated it a 4 instead of a 5.
